Strawberry Muffins

1 1/2 c Chopped fresh strawberries
3 tb Sugar
3/4 ts Cinnamon
2 c Flour
1 tb Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Sour cream
1/3 c Butter, melted
1/2 c Brown sugar, packed

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Toss the strawberries with the cinnamon and sugar and set aside. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add the egg, milk, sour cream, butter and brown sugar and blend until just moistened. Fold in the strawberries. Fill paper lined muffin tins full and bake about 20 minutes.
