Blueberry Muffins

1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Soft butter
1/2 c Milk
1 lg Egg
1 c Fresh blueberries; OR frozen

Sift dry ingredients together. Blend butter into dry ingredients with a pastry blender. Beat egg slightly; add milk and blend into dry ingredients. Gently fold in blueberries. Grease muffin tins and fill a little better than half full. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. These are a REAL breakfast treat!
