All Bran Muffins

1 1/4 c Flour
3 ts Baking powder
1 ts Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Sugar
1 1/2 c Kellogs All Bran Cereal
1 3/4 c Milk
1 Egg
1/4 c Plus 2 Tablespoons light molasses
1/3 c Oil
1/4 c Raisins

Stir flour, Baking powder , salt and soda together, set aside.

Measure milk and bran and let it stand until cereal is softened.

Add eggs, shortening, molasses and beat well. Add raisins.

Add dry ingredients to the liquid mixture, Stir until only combined.

Divide into 12 muffin tins. Bake 25 minutes - Until brown. Oven 400 degrees
