Cream Cheese Muffins

8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 Stick butter or margarine
1 c Self-rising flour


Cream together cheese and butter until smooth. Add self-rising flour until well blended.

Bake in greased muffin pans.

Bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 minutes.

Yield: 12 muffins.
