Cornbread Muffins

1/2 c Corn meal
1/2 c Flour
Salt
4 ts Sugar
4 ts Baking powder
1 Egg - beaten
Milk
1 tb Wesson oil


Beat the egg in a measuring cup. Then add enough milk to the beaten egg to measure 3/4 cup. Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix egg, milk and oil together, and add to the dry mixture. Mix well. Pour into muffin pan. Bake at 450 degrees until golden brown - about 15-20 minutes.
