Cornmeal Ham Muffins

1/4 c Milk
1/4 c Oil
1 c Yoghurt
2 Eggs
1 c Chopped cooked ham
2 1/2 ts Baking powder
3 ts Dry mustard
1/2 c Coarse cornmeal
1 c Flour

Preheat oven to 375F, prepare pans. Put the first five ingredients into a bowl & mix well. Mix remaining ingredients, add to wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12. A very nice savoury muffin.
