Bran Muffins

1 1/2 c Stoneground wholemeal SR Flour
1/2 c Non-fat youghurt, sugar Free
1/4 c Unprocessed bran
1 c Natural sultanas or raisins
1/4 c Skim milk powder
1 Egg white or substitute
1/2 c Unsweetened apple or grape Juice

Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F. Combine all ingredients until the mixture resembles cake consistency. Place spoonfulls into non-stick muffins tins (or use spray oil substitute). Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
