Blueberry Sour Cherry Banana Muffins

2 c Flour
3 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar; optional
1 Egg
3 Bananas; mashed
1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Oil
1 c Blueberries
1/4 c Dried sour cherries

In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients (first 4)

In a smaller bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; stir well.

Pour banana mixtiure into dry ingredients and fold in until just combined. This is imporatnat.. do not stir, the batter should be lumpy !

Spray muffin tins with cookign spray, fill with batter to the top and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
