Mini Raisin Bran Muffins

1 pk Bran muffin mix (7oz)
1 Egg
1/2 c Raisins
2/3 c Water
Cinnamon sugar

Combine muffin mix, egg, and water in small bowl, mix until just blended. Add raisins. Line empty paper egg carton with mini cupcake liners. Fill cups half full.

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cover with paper napkin.Microwave one carton (12 muffins) on High about 1 minute and 10 seconds,Microwave 2 cartons(24 muffins) on High 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Let stand two minutes. Makes 36 mini muffins Note-To Make cinnamon sugar, combine 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon with 3 tablespoons sugar.
