Banana Nut Muffins

2 c Organic whole wheat flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts LIMA sea salt
2 c EDENsoy OR- any EDEN food beverage
2 tb EDEN Brown Rice Vinegar
2 tb EDEN Safflower Oil
1/4 c EDEN Barley Malt or honey
2 ts Vanilla (if not using Vanilla flavor)
2 Bananas, mashed
1/2 c Walnut pieces (amount may be doubled)
1/2 c Raisins

Sift dry ingredients into large bowl. In separate bowl, combine liquids, add to dry ingredients and stir. Fold in bananas, walnuts and raisins. Spoon into oiled muffin tin. Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 20 minutes.
