Pineapple Banana Muffins

1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 c Granulated sugar
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Raisins or chopped nuts
2 Eggs
1/2 c Melted golden crisco
1 c Mashed bananas
2/3 c Undrained cr. pineapple (2/3 c= 1/2- 14 oz. can)

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and raisins in large bowl. Beat eggs, melted Crisco, banana and pineapple together thoroughly in a small bowl. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes, or until top springs back lightly when touched.
