Mint Chocolate Chip Muffins

2 1/3 c All-purpose flour
1 1/4 c Sugar
1/3 c Unsweetened cocoa
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Dairy sour cream
1/3 c Butter or margarine, melted
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 c Milk
1 c Mint flavored semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease 12 (31/2-inch_ large muffin cups.

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Combine sour cream, butter, eggs, and milk in small bowl until blended; stir into flour mixture just until moistened. Fold in mint chips. Spoon into prepared muffin cups, filling 1/2 full.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool in pans on wire rack 5 minutes. Remove from pans. Makes 12 jumbo muffins.
