Blueberry Muffins

2 c. flour, sifted
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted and cooled
1 c. blueberries

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Mix egg, milk and melted butter in small bowl, add at once to flour. Stir lightly with a fork just until liquid is absorbed. Batter will be lumpy. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin cups, 2/3 full. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
