Blue-berry Muffins

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. fat, melted
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. blueberries

Sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar together into a mixing bowl. Add unbeaten egg, milk and melted fat. Stir quickly and lightly until mixed. Fold in blueberries. Fill well greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake 20 - 25 minutes in 425 degrees oven. Sprinkle sugar on top of muffins before baking.
