Blueberry Muffins

2 c. flour
2 lg. eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 to 2 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tbsp. sugar mixed with a little nutmeg


Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper cups. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and milk until blended. Add flour mixture. Stir in blueberries. Spoon into cups. Sprinkle with sugar mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until golden.
