100% Bran Muffins (sugar-free)

2 c. 100% bran (not flakes)
1/2 c. molasses (dark or light)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt




Combine the first 3 ingredients. Let stand 15 minutes. Add 1 whole beaten egg. Mix well. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Grease muffin cups well and fill each cup 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
