Apple Muffins

English muffins (whole grain)
Apples, peeled, cored, & thinly sliced
Melted butter
Powdered ginger

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. With a fork carefully separate muffins. Brush muffins with melted butter. Top each half with 5 or 6 very thin apples that have been dipped in melted butter. Drizzle each half with a little honey and sprinkle on a dash of ginger and nutmeg. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until apples are just tender.
