Applesauce Raisin Bran Muffins

2 cups All-Bran(r) Cereal
1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup raisins
2 Egg Beaters(r) 99% egg substitute -- or equiv to 2 eggs
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar -- or brown sugar

Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl and set aside for the cereal to soften. Combine flour, baking powder,spices, salt and sugar in a small bowl. Add dry ingredients to cereal mixture and stir until blended. If batter is too thick add a little more skim milk, too thin add some flour. Prepare muffin tin using PAM or paper liners. Fill muffin tins and bake in 400 F oven for 20 -25 minutes.
