Banana Nut Muffins

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. mashed ripe bananas


Cream butter until soft, gradually adding sugar. Cream until fluffy. Add eggs and banana. Mix well. Combine flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder; mix well and add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into prepared muffin pans and bake 18-20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
