Banana Oat Bran Raisin Muffins

1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup oat bran
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 large bananas -- (or 3 medium)
1 cup 1% milk
2 cups raisins

Preheat oven to 400F. Mash bananas and vanilla in a small bowl. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, oat bran, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. After mixing well, mix in the raisins, then the milk and banana mixture. Stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Divide the batter evenly among 12 muffin cups. Bake for 14-17 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean.
