Bran Muffins

1 (11 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 c. plain flour
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 qt. buttermilk


Combine above ingredients. Store in refrigerator up to 6 weeks. Pour into greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
