Bran Muffins

1 (15 oz.) pkg. Raisin Bran
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk


Mix all together and leave in refrigerator for 2 weeks, stirring every day. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. You can use and bake any amount that you want, because it makes lots of muffins. The batter will keep in refrigerator as is as long as you want. Nuts may be added if desired.
