Bran Muffins

1 c. All Bran cereal
1/2 c. sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
3 eggs (or egg beaters)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1-1 1/2 c. raisins
24 paper baking cups (approx.)

Mix All Bran and sour cream (or yogurt) and let sit 1/2 hour. Combine remaining ingredients then add All Bran mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
