Bran Muffins

1 c. flour
1 c. All-Bran cereal
1/4 c. wheat germ
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. molasses
3/4 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 medium muffin cups. Measure flour, bran cereal, wheat germ, baking powder and salt into a medium bowl. Stir together and set aside. Measure the egg, margarine, molasses, and milk into blender container or food processor. Cover and process until smooth. Pour milk mixture onto flour mixture and mix just until flour is moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Pour an equal amount of batter into each muffin cup. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove muffins immediately from cups. Yield 12 muffins
