Broccoli Muffins

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
2 eggs
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

Mix all ingredients and put in muffin pan. Bake at 350-375 degrees until brown. Spinach may be substituted for broccoli. Use only Jiffy Mix.
