Canadian Muffins

5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 c. brown sugar
3 c. Bran
3 c. All Bran cereal
2 c. raisins
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1/4 c. molasses
1 qt. buttermilk
2 c. water


This batter keeps for 2 to 3 weeks covered in the refrigerator. Scoop out desired amount and bake. A wonderful fiber addition to your diet. In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt. Add brown sugar, bran, cereal. Mix liquid ingredients and stir into dry. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
