Cheese and Ham Muffins

1 1/2 c Flour
1 pk MAGGI Cheese; Onion & Herb Sauce Mix
1 tb Baking powder
1 Egg
1 c Milk
50 g Butter; melted
2 tb Chopped parsley
2 Ham slices; finely chopped
1/2 c Grated tasty cheese


Preheat the oven to 220 C.

Grease muffin pans.

Sift the flour, sauce mix and baking powder into a bowl. Add the residue from the sifter. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients.

Beat the egg, then add the milk, melted butter and parsley. Pour into the well.

Add the ham. Stir until the dry ingredients are just dampened. Avoid over-mixing.

Three-quarters fill the muffin pans with the mixture.

Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top of each muffin.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the muffins are golden brown and a cake tester inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean.
