Coco Nutty Raisin Banana Muffins

1 2/3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. & 2 tbsp. sliced almonds
1 1/3 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
2 sm. bananas (chopped about 1 1/2 c.)
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. & 2 tsp. firmly packed brown sugar
5 tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts, 1 cup coconut and the raisins; mix in bananas. Beat eggs, milk, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 3 tablespoons butter. Add to flour mixture until moistened. Mix remaining coconut, almonds, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over each muffin. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. If muffins brown too quickly, cover with foil.
