Honey Corn Muffins

1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. white cornmeal
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. fresh orange juice
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. honey


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 16 muffin cups. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Blend milk, juice, butter, and honey in small bowl. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. Do not overmix. Divide batter among prepared cups. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
