Peach Muffins

2 c Flour
1/2 c Sugar
2 ts Baking Powder
1/2 ts Baking Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground Cinnamon
1/2 ts Ground Nutmeg
1 ds Ground Mace
Egg; beaten
1/3 c Vegetable Oil
1/3 c Milk
8 oz Peach yogurt
1/2 c Dried Peaches;fine chopped
2 tb Flour
2 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Pecans; chopped
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
2 tb Soft butter


Combine first eight ingredients in a large bowl. Mix egg, oil, milk, yogurt and dried peaches. Add to dry ingredients, stirring only enough to moisten. Fill tins 2/3 full.

Combine 2 tablespons flour, brown sugar, pecans and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in small bowl. Cut butter into flour mixture until it remembles coarse meal. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of mixture over top of each muffin. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
