Peanut Butter Muffins

2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into medium bowl. Beat egg with milk in a small bowl; beat in peanut butter. Add all at once to flour mixture. Stir until mixture is evenly moist. Spoon into greased muffin pan cups, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake 20 minutes or until puffed and golden. Remove from cups to wire racks. Serve warm with butter and honey.
