Pumpkin Lover Muffins

2 c flour
1 tablespoons baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground mace
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs (or equiv substitute)
16 oz canned pumpkin puree

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat muffin pans with cooking spray (Pam). Stir the dry ingredients together in one bowl. Mix wet together in another bowl. Gently stir the dry into the wet just until combined. Fill muffin tins half full. Bake 15-18 minutes.
