Spicy Pumpkin Muffins

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/3 c. butter (soft)
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease muffin cups. Sift together flour and spices. Set aside. Beat together butter and sugar until well blended. Add eggs, pumpkin, milk and honey; beat on high speed until fluffy. Stir in flour mixture just until combined. Stir in nuts. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake 25-30 minutes.
