Banana Crumb Muffins

1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 t Baking soda
1 t Baking powder
1/2 t Salt
3 lg Ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 c Sugar
1 ea Egg
1/3 c Butter, melted

Topping:
1/3 c packed brown sugar
1 T all-purpose flour
1/8 t ground cinnamon
1 T butter


In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Combine bananas, sugar, egg and butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased muffin cups three-fourths full, Combine the fist three topping ingredients; cut in brtter until crumbly. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing from pan.
