Healthful Chocolate Mini Muffins

1 pk Chocolate cake mix
1 c Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute
1 3/4 c Skim milk
3/4 c Oat bran
1/2 c Wheat bran, (or 7-grain cereal)
1/4 c Splenda
2 tb Cornstarch, custard mix


Preheat oven to 350. Blend all ingredients four minutes at medium-high speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Fill mini-muffin tins and bake 15 minutes or until center springs back.
