Mini Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 1/3 c All-purpose flour
3 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
1 pn Nutmeg
3/4 c Rolled oats
1/2 c Brown sugar, lightly packed
1 c Chocolate chips
1 Egg
1 c Milk
1/4 c Vegetable oil

Add liquid to dry ingredients and stir only until combined (batter will be lumpy). Spoon heaping tablespoonful of batter into each well greased 2-inch (5 cm) tart cup. Bake in 400 degrees F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched. Makes about 3 dozen.
