Chocolate Chip Muffins

2 3/4 c Flour
1 tb Baking powder
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Milk
1/3 c Oil, vegetable
1/4 c Egg beaters, egg substitue
1 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Packed light brown sugar
4 oz Chocolate chips


Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. In a seperate bowl, combine milk, oil, egg, vanilla, brown sugar and chocolate chips. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add to flour mixture, stirring only enough to moisten flour. Batter should be lumpy. Fill 12 greased muffin cups two-thirds (2/3) full. Bake at 425 Deg F for 11 to 13 minutes or until muffins are golden in color.
